backtagging: Yes! As someone both ill and forgetful, this is kind of a necessity. 8); Given those things combined, things tend to slip through the cracks fairly often, so feel free to remind me if there's something we need to either finish up or hash out.
threadhopping: Always fine. Don't even feel obligated to tag me as well.
fourthwalling: Elves are not such a unique concept that I mind general recognition and commentary, but I'd rather not have characters mention that Azeroth is a fictional locale from a video game to him ICly without warning.
offensive subjects: I'd appreciate warnings for real-world, Earth-style racism and racial tensions. Fantasy racism is whatever, though.

hugging/kissing/flirting: Go for it. Most of the time this won't be well received, but that's what makes it fun. :^)
fighting: Punch him right in the goddamn mouth.
injuring: Minor and moderate injuries-- things that'll heal without a lot of effort given attention, basically-- are totally fine. I'd prefer prior discussion when it comes to significant injuries, ex. cutting off an arm or something.
killing: Following the trend from above, I'd prefer you ask first, but I can almost guarantee that the answer will be yes.
telepathy/mind control: Surface thoughts and suggestions are fine; feel free to use anything in brackets or prose, and if you give me a heads up I'll even throw in more for you. Anything beyond that, hit me up so we can discuss the extent of what your character will learn/how much control is going to happen. Neither of these are things he has any resistance for, so it'll be a fun time for everyone.
warnings: Standard 'dude who willingly joined the Bad Guys for personal gain' stuff here. Unlike the people he works for, Merodach is very much alive, and thus escapes any and all of the obligatory sadism that the dead side has. That being said, the subject may still come up!
